Fence Care Instruction

Wood Fences: wood fences must be allowed to cure (dry out) for a period of approximately four to six weeks after installation.  Once curing process is complete, wood fences should be painted or stained. For maximum lifespan, the painting/staining process should be repeated at least every two years.

Vinyl Fences: vinyl fences should be cleaned at least once per year. Do not use high pressure pressure washers on these fences, as they could damage the fence. Fence is best kept clean by using an approved cleaner (such as Jomax), then cleaned and sprayed off with water.
