Bobby Winnie and John Owen, two long time friends from Ooltewah, teamed up to acquire Quality Fence in 2021. Quality Fence was founded and operated by Wendell Robinson. Wendell operated this business for over 42 years until his well deserved retirement and subsequent sale to Bobby and John.
